At this time, the auxiliary roller or sleeve holds the needle roller to prevent the needle roller from falling out, and the journal lifts the needle roller with its own chamfer. As the needle roller bearing moves inward on the journal, the auxiliary roller or sleeve will slowly withdraw until it is installed into the working position. The outer diameter of the auxiliary roller and sleeve should be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter.When installation, the surface coated with grease inside the bearing outer ring first, against the tight inner surface needle needle: (in the last one should be gaps), then replace the shaft neck of the roller bearing inner ring or auxiliary sleeve into the outer ring hole, and make it face alignment installed shaft end face or installed on the shaft bearing inner ring end face, and then use pressure on the press or hammer knock.Needle roller bearings can also be installed in this way. Apply a thin layer of lubricating oil to the outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve, insert it into the outer ring of the bearing, make the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form a ring hole, and then install the needle roller in the ring hole. After the needle rolling is installed, push the auxiliary sleeve out with the working shaft. For needle roller bearings without an inner ring or outer ring, the rolling surface of the shaft or shell hole can be coated with a thin layer of grease at the time of installation, and the needle roller can be attached to the grease at the installation part in turn. When sticking the last needle roller, there should be a gap. The gap size should be 0.5mm on the circumference of the needle roller bearing. It is not possible to squeeze in the last needle roller, or one less needle roller, because the bearing will be stuck and cannot rotate when being squeezed. When less loading, clearance is too large, easy to cause the bearing running needle torsion pendulum and broken. For the needle roller bearing with only the stamping outer ring, because the outer ring wall is very thin, the needle roller bearing should be mounted by hand hammer, the press should be used to press in. Because the hammer strike, the pressure is not uniform, easy to make the outer ring of needle roller bearing produce local deformation.
